Version 0.1.1 is there

Hello guy!
I have finished the 0.1.1 version, which added more structures to the game:
- Traffic lights will have lights.
- Visual health bar.
- High score saving.
In the meantime I will consider making a downloadable version, so that the high score will be saved and shared between you and your friends!
